Zoom Chicken

A game in which you stay in a Zoom meeting for as long as possible in an attempt to be the last person standing in a Zoom meeting. AKA King of the Zoom

Our team meeting today was set to be 30 minutes but a game of Zoom Chicken broke out and it lasted an hour and a half.

Zoom Moderator

A person who helps out in Zoom meetings to make sure there are no technical difficulties. A job that emerged due to the corona crisis and online classes. Zoom Moderators are an amazing group of people with fun weekly meetings.

Proto-Zoomer

Proto-Zoomer is a term that refers to those born at the end of the Millennial generation and the beginning of Generation Z who have more in common with each other than their respective generations. Years are roughly ‘92-‘02. These are the people who always argue about growing up with the same stuff.

Millennial: I grew up with PlayStation 2, Nickelodeon, and Avatar!
Zoomer: So did I.
Proto-Zoomer: You both did. You’re Proto-Zoomers.

Zoom

A fucking shitty slow platform used by teachers designed to annoy you in quarantine. You used to play PS4 with the boys now you're stuck in school doing nothing but sitting for 5 hours straight learning nothing important that will help you in life.

Guy 1: Dude you do zoom classes?
Guy 2: Yeah, I fucking hate that. What's the point in going to school if they're going to teach me nothing important?
