Elmira, New York

If it weren't for the prison industry, and the trash shipped into our landfill, this town would have died long ago. Good bye high paying factory jobs, jazz clubs, social outlets and simple pride. Hello psych center rejects, crack heads, criminals, relocated prison families and self serving conservative politicians. Drive right by this fucking hell hole. Visit Corning or Ithaca where you won't feel guilty for wasting your time and money. Where else would they tear down the Langdon Mansion and install a fucking strip mall, then have the balls to claim Mark Twain as their own. The most backward thinking town I have ever lived in. Those painting a prettier picture of this god forsaken place are deluded at best. If you MUST stop, take a shit on Main Street, it won't be noticed.

York dance soc

A university dance society that recruits talented dancers from across all categories of dance and all walks of life offering several service such as classes and sessions at the Willow. Various hardcore members enjoy extra curricular activities such as Clifford's tower, Loughborough, consumption of beverages and freestyle dancing. The dance soc goers are known on campus for there talented abilities in both dancing and social etiquette.

"York dance soc" are Prime dancers in all university shows and performances. Can be found on the floor of the Willow showing off the latest dance moves i.e the splits. Often found on coney street in the early hours of the morning pre lectures. However, all members are always fully buzzing for rehearsals at 8am. Join us if you dare

A New York minute is an instant. Or as Johnny Carson once said, it's the interval between a Manhattan traffic light turning green and the guy behind you honking his horn.

It appears to have originated in Texas around 1967. It is a reference to the frenzied and hectic pace of New Yorkers' lives. A New Yorker does in an instant what a Texan would take a minute to do.
