This person may be genderqueer or just plain androgynous.

Regardless, they appear to be both genders, or neither in some cases.

In general, this term is used by others to describe someone whose gender is indeterminate, and is not to be confused with someone who uses gender-neutral terms. As such, a TRUE xerson would never refer to themselves as one.
