Ticketeer

Someone who is in a phone support job that cannot answer tickets or emails correctly. They generally give wrong information to get through it as quickly as possible and are hated by other employees that fix their mistakes.

-ex. That stupid ticketeer stole all my emails before I could answer them.
-ex. 3 ticketeers asked a customer if they were connected to the internet, as they were emailing them!
-ex. The ticketeer answered one call all day.
-ex. Ticketeers have a habit of changing the subject so the customer forgets about their problem.

A supreme scrub or person who demonstrates a excessive amount of scrubbyness. Typically a person who is not majestic in any way. However, not all scrubs are thickets, as scrubs can be fabulous.
