Spoot the little bit of poo that always comes out after anal sex. Onomatapoeiacly named by the sound it makes as yit “Spoots” out after you pull out.

Can also be used as an insult to describe people

Panting after hard anal sex-“aww balls,you just spooted”

Insult-“Youre some fucking spoot”
“That stuid fucker is just a spoot”
