Plonka can be spelt in many different ways but this is the way I would spell it. This word is usually used by British people and is like the word Pillock it means dumb or stupid. If you go to England and go to the right places you might hear people say it.

1. Someone who is extremely cool, cool enough to be complimented using a Kenickie song title.

2. A subtle insult. A rocker who doesn't quite get it, perhaps, or who is too dedicated to lo-fi music. All in all, an underground cliche.
