The person who has been dared must now do the dare or they lose a portion of their eye brow, but if the person follows through with the dare, the person who declared "Notch" must lose a portion of their brow instead.

" Notch" yelled his friend Jim.

"Looks like your losing a chunk of eye brow now" Tim says as he shivers, climbing out of the chilled water.
"God not again!" Jim scoughs as he realizes Tim didnt bluff .
