A running reverse backflip that can be done off a springboard or a platform. Many people can't do them due to the mental block of going upside down, but they really aren't that hard.

Gainer 360

A move that consists of performing a backflip while moving forward, and making a full 360 spin meanwhile.
Requires a lot of courage, and, if performed from a high place, is doesn`t require too much body strength, however, it also needs some coordination, and is better to try it after the backflip 360 is performed correctly.

That guy must have a lot of balls because he tried the Gainer 360

If you can do the Gainer 360, you are too cool for this world.
