A moral disposition taken on by long-term service as a police officer or serving as an active member of the American justice system in which one develops a severely inflated ego and a less than favorable opinion of non-law enforcement individuals. Physical indicators of this condition can be a constantly stern tone, a hollow and sometimes spine tingling laugh, a constantly icy glare even when it's obviously inappropriate, and/or an acidic and obviously false smile.

To verbally sneer at someone in a condescending way while being openly “cunty” at the same time.

To deal with people in a patronizingly superior manner overtly where people think you’re a cunt and you most certainly don’t care that they do.

Last night in front of my boyfriend my sister said, “well he’ll be good for practice, but defiantly not a keeper.” She is so cuntescending!
