To verbally sneer at someone in a condescending way while being openly “cunty” at the same time.

To deal with people in a patronizingly superior manner overtly where people think you’re a cunt and you most certainly don’t care that they do.

Last night in front of my boyfriend my sister said, “well he’ll be good for practice, but defiantly not a keeper.” She is so cuntescending!

When a woman is so condescending, believes she is so much better than everyone else, she has graduated into being a complete cunt.
