Beshbarmak

The tastiest dish ever invented by human. Made with any boiled meat besides pork, wide lasagna-like noodles and sautéed onions. Is considered the national dish of Kazakhstan and you can't imagine the dastarkhan, family dinner or toi (Kazakh party) without it.

We had a huge beshbarmak made out of four kinds of meat at the toi in Shymkent yesterday. I haven't eaten a dish as tasty as this goodness for my whole life!
