when "yes" doesnt quite do it and you want to confirm how much you really mean the word "yes" by using yeos. Alternatively yeos can be used in a comical situation.

Example 1: "should we go get some pizza" "yeos"
Example 2:"do i look like a dumbass" "yeos"
