A wigga is one that drinks the cheapest black mans beer i.e. Old E, Hurricane wide mouff, Colt 45 and other cheap nigger beer. You will often see a wigga with a really thin beard(puertican skinny) walking around with 8 size too big jeans actin like hes about to pop a chrome slug in your eye when in reality hes just a rap listening boom box carrying fried chicken eatin punk mutha fucka.

A white person who tries to hard to be black. Now, not all white people are wiggas. The ones who wear Southpole, Ecko, etc, are not wiggas. They just appreciate rap, and/or R&B. Now, on the other hand, a person who wears their clothes 2-100x bigger than they should be(usually FUBU sweatsuits made of velour.), wear their visors upside down,come from a county with a fruit in the name, and degrade ebonics to pure trash. NOT ALL WHITE PEOPLE WHO LIKE RAP ARE WIGGAS! Just because they are white, don't judge them.

This word is a combination of white and nigga. You would use this word or call someone this if it is a caucasian male that is delusional enough to think that the skin on his body is not white, but lightskin or darker. You can find a lot of these. To know you have spotted one when, they are white with, sagging pants, flat hat( says something like straight out of Compton), fake jordans or vans, hoodie, sunglasses, and trys to talk like a black person, also thinks that he can say nigga, he usually abuses it too. !!(Sometimes other times they could just act like a black guy and act like they from Toronto but be white ass hell)!!
