A slur used against trans people
similar including shemale, transtrender, etc.
If u r not trans and you are talking about tranny in this way (bc i know there r multiple definitions) please dont. we have faced years of opression.

a man who gets surgery to become a woman. Also can apply to men who have both a penis and a vagina and are afraid to show it for fear of being called a tranny. They hide it and call others that to cover up or the fact they're one.
