Slang term for the Orange County (CA) beach community of Huntington Beach. The logical choice of domicile for those wishing to re-locate from the Budweiser-swilling, monster-trucking, dirtbike-riding, dyed-spiky-black-hair-having I.E. (Inland Empire, consisting of Riverside & San Bernadino Counties). These are 909ers that hope to up their cache by moving to the OC. There are so many re-located 909ers in Huntington that it can now be dubbed "I.E.-by-the-Sea."

Avon by the Sea

Avon by the Sea is a small town located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. It is a small beach town where a bunch of bennies go. Avon is a sending district of Manasquan High School. It is the best of all the seven towns and all the other towns are filled with a bunch of bitch ass fucking pussies who talk mad shit and dont back it up and try to talk shit to kids from Avon but we fuck them up because they are all a bunch of tools who think there sweet and when they get fucked up by an Avon kid they go and kill themselfs. FUCK HEIGHTS! AVON!

Manchester by the Sea

Manchester by the Sea is a pretty chill place. It is full of boats and hoes. You can take nice long walks on the beach if you wish and it is a great place to kick back play some cod on the shore while getting a blowjob. The only downside to it is during gym class at Manchester High they collect seashells instead of doing physical activities such as dodge ball.

Newark On The Sea

A synonym for the city of San Juan, PR. Though San Juan is on the ocean and has palm trees, it has a lot of similarities to Newark, NJ. Gang bangers, crime, poverty, rude behavior are just some descriptions that come to mind. Many not all of its citizens adopt the urban ghetto lifestyle much like Newark and other cities such as Detroit, Washington DC, Camden, NJ and Boston to name a few.

Mr. and Mrs. Penny Rich took a vacation to San Juan, Puerto Rico. They described their trip as visting Newark On The Sea. Because, they were mugged, had their rental car jacked and their room burglarized. Mr. Rich states: "If we would have known San Juan was as dangerous as Newark we would have gone to St.Barts. We will tell our country club friends when we get back to Short Hills, NJ. that San Juan is just like Newark, NJ but with palm trees. There was garbage in the streets, thugs in Tommy Hilfigger droopy clothing.

If you don’t spin the beach in your free time then you really aren’t from manch. Summers revolve around the singing beach and people spending time on yatchs.
