2: if you didnt hear what someone said
3: an even politer way of saying excuse me (or combine both - sorry excuse me do you have a sec)
4: if you are late
5: if someone has died
6: if someone is in your way
7: if someone has annoyed you(sorry could i speak to the manager please)
8: if someone is disrespecting you
9: if you dont understand something (sorry?)

Sorry means...
You did not mean what you did.
You won't do it again.
You aren't seeking to gain anything out of the word and take full responsibility and consequences.
You respect what the other person wants because you hurt them. It won't be the same.
