A basic thing that gets you killed that you don't have control in.

Person 1: I died my packet loss well taking off and it cause me to crash in to the ground

when something (usually a simple task) goes extremely wrong. it is used as an insult to tell someone they've done badly.
if you fail at something you can normally do or others around you can do with ease

1: did you see that guy fall over when he was meeting the president
2: yeah, such a skill issue

Skill Issue

A word describing the lack of skill in ones performance in a game.
As a historian, It came from a 1965 bitter rivals prep school football game between Mount Hermon and Deerfield Academy, as a player yelled it during the game.
This is the same game where a football game was held WHILE A FIRE was raging behind them. Apparently, the fire was caused by faulty wiring, and everyone just decided to not care at all.
