SH-MOO-EE Usually describes when a glass or clear surface is covered in a unknown substance (schmoo) that causes the glass surface to become opaque and or sticky.

Ex. 1: “Ah i can’t see, my glasses are all schmooey!”

Ex. 2: “Oh no! Your greasy fingers made my windows all shmooey.”
