A satire tilde is when you make some joke or remark that is ironic or satire, you would put the tilde at the end of it. Usually in a post title online so the person reading it doesn't get offended instantly.

Some stupid shit commentary YouTubers say to get away with breaking YouTube TOC. The original term for it is sarcasm, and commentary YouTubers think it means joking, or some magical word that means you can get away with anything, like fairuse for making fun of that vegan teacher.
“Make sure to FUCKING DEMOLISH THAT GOD DAMN LIKE BUTTON. And before I talk about that vegan teacher just remember, this is completely satire, and I don’t care if you are vegan, but if you are on the internet forcing other people to be vegan and telling them they are bad people, I’m going to make fun of you.” “Wait I though you just said this was satire, meaning it is sarcastic, and then after that you said you were making fun of someone.”

A satire is the rubbery sock wheel of a car wears that has recently been informed it's dog died, and is about to make itself into a tire swing if you know what I mean.
Person 1: Poor thing, it's going through a rough patch in it's life. It's definitely a satire.
Person 2: You mean sad tire?
Person 1: Fuck.
