Self harm (abbreviated as SH) the process of where one hurts themselves due to emotional, physical, or mental pain. its commonly associated to cvtting themselves, but also can be of different forms such as pulling at hair, picking at skin and etc. its like an addiction where you can't stop, once you start, you can't go back. its an unpleasant feeling where you keep on blaming yourself, and are considering to SH. some people associate SH with being "emo" or a pick me who wants attention, but its really not that at all, its more painful experience if you do it and if someone wanted attention, they wouldn't do something that slowly destructs them. i have practiced SH in the past and it's a horrible experience and feeling that I hope no one should go through, and if you are practicing SH, I want to tell you that it's going to be alright, no matter what your facing, your doing just great, and even if I don't know who you are, just know that i care for you. <3

Self harm can sometimes go beyond cutting arms. I rub hairspray into them after which hurts like hell.
Sometimes self harmers stop before a certain using a cutting implement e.g razor, kitchen knife (but a craft knife seems to be fine...i should know)

Me. I am a self harmer. I am not proud of my battle scars, and I wish you could see how f*cked up you left me. But I don't. You're happy, I'm not. What good would I do do by making you feel guilty and unhappy? I won't show you my blood, since I have no heart to bleed from anymore.
