noggin channel 

The old little kids' channel with shows like Maisy and (I think) Oswald. Its mascots were Moose A. Moose (a moose, of course) and Zee ( I think the full name was Zee D. Bird; a blue bird with a little pink flower in her "hair"). It always turned off at 6:30 or 7 P.M. and had a message basically saying that they were done for the day and that they'd be back the next day. I think Moose and Zee always sang a goodbye song at the end, but I'm not sure. Gee, I miss it. Like, a flipping lot.

The Noggin channel was a kids' channel that was bought by Nick Jr. Nick Jr. was the channel that had an adorable show called 64 Zoo Lane, but I don't know if they still have it. I hope they do. Anyway, Nick Jr. bought Noggin and I HATE that. Sorry, I'll stop ranting.

noggin noggin 

Used in irish tunes to gracefully omit "Bloody Foogin". In partiucular this is to be found used in the tune "All For Me Grog", whose lyrics are easily found on the internet.

Noggin Lock 

Noggin lock is when one goes to a funeral home and finds a corpse in a coffin. You then climb on top of the corpse and gently insert your penis into its mouth. At that point rigamortis sets in. You chop off the corpses head and put on a pair of OshKosh B'gosh overalls. You then head to the malls food court and you start dancing singing Noggin Lock, Noggin Lock, Noggin Lock, Oh Noggin Lock to the tune of Lollipop.

Noggin wiper 

A noggin is an imaginative word, it could be a dirty word or it could be nogginly gurrd. You can call it to freinds, family and even turtles. Either way there not going to know what you are on about, however they normally retaliate and call you something back.

Shabba"Hey turtle"... Turtle says "mmpppfff"... Shabba says "you wiped any noggins lately", the turtle then bites your 4th toe.

Therefore the turtle is a Noggin wiper
