This is a character in a PC/console/mobile game with very minimal intelligence and problem solving abilities, limited actions and vocabulary, and is in general a pain-in-the-ass to work with based on the previously listed functional limitations.
2) Can be used interchangeably with the title "Liberal" due to the near identical personality traits and qualities listed in definition (1).
