Song from 1995 performed by the band Live from their album Throwing Copper. It is about a friend of the band who was killed by a drunk driver. She had her organs donated and the songs lyrics reflect how her death enabled others to live.

This differs from a sucker punch as it isn't done from behind or before the fighters have squared up.

The guy didn't want to fight but then suddenly BAM he used a lightning punch and near knocked the other dude out.
