It is used as a reinforcement in delivering your message and also a way to get closer to the listener.Specially used when speaking to a large audience,on stage,youtube or any other ocassions.Frequently used by underground rappers from the ATL area in every single sentence getting anoying sometimes.Aside from its original meaning it has become a way to pretend to be cool and introduce yourself or the information message.
Most times the listener has never heard the information before but is told that he already knew it.Funny
