Freakin' Cupcakes!

1) When you do something taking an absurd amount of effort and end up with little or no reward.

2) When a guy stands you up for the latest floozy in a miniskirt.

3) A humorous expletive used as an interjection in either of the above or similar cases.

(Boy:) I know we made plans to go hiking a couple weeks ago, but I just met someone special and I don't get to see her much - I'm gonna spend the day with her instead. I hope you understand.

(Girl:) Oh, it's alright, I understand. (Subtext: of course I understand you idiot, she's like a 34 DD with legs half a mile long. Jerk.)

freakin' rican

A Puerto Rican man with an extra large penis (8 inches or more).

Also "doin' the freakin' rican" is a slang term for vaginal penetration in which the penis is too big, or feels too big, for the vagina.

Origin: the commonly held belief that Puerto Rican men, on average, are very well endowed.

My papi is a freakin' rican. He's so big, I can only give him a hand job.

Freakin Ace

An expression used to define something as really awesome. Except that it's not overused so much that it just sounds fucked up when you say it. You could say "fuckin' ace", but it doesn't sound as good as freakin.
