Slang term for gay or lesbian, i.e., having one's cake and eating it too. Also, perhaps mis-heard as "cock eater" but this is erroneous. The term is not exclusive to either gender.

Circa 1998, a group of post Ohio University grads were throwing a wine and cheese party while their drunken and high roommates looked on from the patio below. A party goer proceeded to scream " Do you guys want cake?", and our response was f-u, bunch of "cake-eaters"! By definition, this is person whom enjoys finer things, and acts like they can afford it:)

The term cake eater describe a rather large person. Whom seems to consume not only cake, but anything else that is ediable despite the fact that it is making them grow to an un-healthy size.
