Buh is a phrase (noise) that describes an ugly female. The phrase Buh can be extended for example; Buuuuuuuuuh depending on how ugly or filthy the girl is. The quick sharp Buh! can be used as a sign of how disgusted you are over a female's looks. The question Buh? can also be used to question whether a female looks like a total state or if its just a bad day for them.

"Hey John did you see that girl in the car over there?" "No why?" "BUHHHHHHHH she was filthy!"

"Buh! That girl last night was DISGUSTING!"
