A theoretical psychological phenomenon proposing that individuals, regardless of intelligence, moral awareness, or ethical education, are inherently predisposed to commit morally questionable or harmful acts under certain circumstances. The Priguna Effect suggests that intellectual capability does not inherently prevent ethical lapses, implying that the potential for wrongdoing is a universal human trait, not mitigated by rational thought alone.
