An urban restatement of consoling aphorisms such as "Every cloud has a silver lining" or "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger," indicating that all life experiences help by contributing to our learning, even if just as cautionary examples.
Hiker 1: Wow, stepping in that badger trap hurt like hell!
Hiker 2: It's all good. You'll watch where you step now.

Get the It's all goodmug. “Good For One” is said with 100% absolute surety immediately after answering a trivia question that no one else in the team had a clue about.
“Good for one” is to be said with utmost pride, knowing that you (the most likely, if not, the weakest link in your team) just contributed one point and setting the “mic drop”/“my job is done here” benchmark. Don’t be shy about it - be proud!
Kudos to you, if your GFO was your ONE and ONLY contribution for the event, and actually helped win a middle position prize, or better still, moved your team off last and into second last place. Well done!
“GFO” can be used instead of saying/typing “I’m available for Trivia”. Very effective via an appropriate JPG/GIF. CAUTION: you are declaring that you will contribute and deliver at least one point for the Team. You may jeopardise your future with the team if you walk away with a “GFN” or “Good For None”. Understandably, no one wants to be that teammate.

“The answer is: Pine, red gum, iron bark. (I’m) Good for one!!!”
“I told you I was good for one tonight.”
“I’m booking a table, who’s in?” “Good for one (GFO).” (Yes, nodding JPG/GIF)

Get the good and craymug. A phrase originally derived from a video of a young man of south asian descent making a layup in basketball while a younger fellow with an Indian accent who is recording yells "Good shot Bhaiya" implying that the young man did well in making the goal. The original audio was used shortly on TikTok to record people with south asian heritage doing well or scoring in their respective sport that they are playing but the phrase now has been used as more of an idiom towards people of south asian heritage to ironically express disapproval and or sarcasm when the person has done something foolish, similar to the phrase "nice going."
Person with south asian descent: "Bro I just spilled tikka all over myself"
Other person: "Good shot Bhaiya"
