Purposefully driving around disobeying traffic laws with the purpose of seeing if you can attract attention from traffic police.

Cops always seem attracted to my car, as if I am out <i>trolling for cops</i>.

animal cop

An Animal cop is someone who will go around and save animals from

1. Being abused

2.being homeless/ starving

And bad habitats like: a dump or highly polluted area

A guy didn't feed his dog in months his neighbors called the 'animal cops' they came to the guys house and took his dog to a shelter to feed and take care of him, as well as take the owner to court . In worse cases they might be arrested on the spot.
