snarg

Sensitive new age radical guy (S.N.A.R.G.). Similar to the snag, but in addition to the snag's working familiarity with Eastern philosophy, the snarg has a distinctly anti-capitalist or at least anti-neoliberal worldview. May identify with democratic socialism, peaceful anarchy, or some alternative vision of a future green capitalism. When not working bagging groceries at the local organic food co-operative or as a community organizer, a snarg may divide his time between meditation retreats and political demonstrations.

(v) to take without asking; not exactly stealing per se...it's a nicer word for it. Used in circumstances where the object in question is of minimal value to its legitimate owner.
