Nobody can be a "wannabe non-conformist."
Because first of all, a non-conformist dosen't conform to anything, or dosen't want to and is their own unique and individual person. A wannabe is a poser. So being a "wannabe non-conformist" is like being a non-human human. You can't be. You're either human or not (in this case conformist or not) It's the illiterate dinguses that call people "wannabe non-conformist" trying to sound smart and non-conformist.. it's also the same people that think linkin park is punk. Morons.

wannabeindie

Break down the word and it's pretty much self explanatory. A wannabeindie is someone who tries too hard to be all indie. A lot of wannabeindies will actually pretend that its a joke and they are sort of mocking wannabeindies, when deep down they want to be indie too. A difficult concept, I know, but who doesn't cringe when they see someone's facebook pictures and see how desperately hard they have tried to come across as incredibly alternative. I can tell you something, the quest for 'indieness' is becoming quite mainstream..
