1.when you return something to a store and they will only give you back the sale price value, not the original price you paid for the item, thereby forcing you to take a loss. This term also connotates anything that is a short-change, the result of some shifty manoevre, or simply just a weak-ass hustle that leaves you holding a loss.
2.a two-bit hustler; someone whose low grade conniving is not only sketchy but also totally uncreative.

That club is so lobate! They charge $15 at the door and you can't even smoke inside. They let you go outside to smoke but then they charge you $5 re-entry to get back in, every time!

The act of fondling or touching the same sexes Fat Rolls, Jelly Rolls, Lobes, "Love Handles", Moobs, or other parts of the same sex's neck to waist area specifically a male. It has been use as a sign of sexual confusion (IE: Homo-sexual, Metro-sexual, Bi-sexual)

Sitting in a desk, and a man behind you has his hands rubbing your fat rolls or lobes, due to the fact that they are hanging over the desk and it makes you laugh or giggle. It has been known to make everyone in the room feel awkward.

Hobby Lobbyist

A person who calls themselves pro-life, but is really only concerned with life from conception to birth, ignoring said child after it leaves the womb. True pro-life individuals are equally concerned with feeding, clothing, housing, educating and raising the child until it reaches maturity.

Also known as using the power of a corporation to spread your own religious beliefs.

I am tired of listening to you drone on and on about how pro-life you are. Didn't you vote for cuts in education, social services, WIC and comprehesive/inclusive healthcare for women? You've turned into such a negative, Hobby Lobbyist - all you care about is the fetus!
