A term given for Pune City, India by motovlogger Phantom Rides. Since the majority of riders do not wear any sort of protective gear like helmets etc, Phantom began calling it Squid City.

City warlock

Typically a Caucasian male with a very well groomed scruffy beard and a fresh faded haircut . The "city warlock" will also don a denim jacket in extreme heat with no care of sweating because they are cold blooded and only see "things and money ". He was in a band that almost got signed and you will never be as crispy as the folds of denim behind his knees, you will never be as cool as his turquoise ring and you will never be as amazing as this fuckboi.
