There can be a barrier as colorguard is all about commitment not only being on the team but being a team, a family where its all about loving each other but most importantly yourself because if there was no self love, there wouldnt be a ripple of self love to everyone, it would just create negative vibes for self hate. So mental health is another key. Colorguard is also where you find yourself, a place for a better state of mind, and therapeutic.
