An Ahlani is a truly unique person. Not in a good way. Brown hair, skinny, and usually from New Zealand, these creatures often manipulate stories and share with others at their own discretion. They also have commitment issues and are terrible when it comes to school. But overall, Ahlani's are always fun to be around, etc etc or "ra ra ra" as they normally refer to it.

That girl is such an Ahlani.
