A meaningless expression to say when you want to swear, but are in the presence of a self-righteous co-worker who will report you to HR for even the slightest vulgarity.
I got angry in a meeting and said "chalk my tires" and I watched a co-worker google it to see if it should cause him any righteous indignation.
