keep poundin'

Used to replace saying things like: "keep it up", but in a much funner way. Must be said with a bit of exclamation. Can also be used to refer to drinks (not necessarily alcohol) that will be consumed.

Jack: *opens the dooor* "I just pounded a monster that they gave me up at campus!"
Seth: "There you go buddy, keep poundin' 'em!"

Seth: "Morning Jack"
Jack: "Man I hate college"

Texas Poundcake

The Texas Poundcake is when 3 friends take the shortest one and make them drink a full gallon of milk. The two taller friends then begin peeing all over the short one while the tiny person puts a bagel in their own mouth. All three of the friends then wrestle until the short one pukes out the gallon of milk along with the bagel. The tall players then fight to eat the bagel off the floor. The one who eats the "Texas Poundcake" off the floor first gets to sit out for the next round while a new player is called in.

1000 pound club

A status achieved by having the sum of your maximum lift on bench press, squat, and deadlift equal to or greater than 1000 pounds. This status means you are starting to become "strong" relative to other powerlifters.

The aforementioned is especially true for taller powerlifters who must lift the weight further distances than shorter powerlifters, and who have a mechanical disadvantage due to the fact that the fulcrum is further away from the moment arm in every joint in their body.

I joined the 1000 pound club after four years of powerlifting.
