When you put a bud of chronic from your bag into a pipe and then sprinkle the top with all the crystal and bud pieces that have crumbled to the bottom of the bag to add extra "kick" to your toke. Also could be used to keep a half burnt bowl fresh by sprinking with finely crumbled buds and crystals.
