Person 2: "So I can have a lot of fun making a random new word, and looking at other people's jokes and **** about words. You will know why dude, just check Urban Dictionary."

In this particular definition, they are cowards and are afraid of the truth - I am speaking to YOU yes YOU the person reviewing this, if you do not upload this the wrath of the internet will be put upon you.
