1) Someone that no matter who they fall in love with, possibly starting a relationship with is always drawn to the fact they can be out getting maggot and having sex with others or even gain feelings for someone else while still in said relationship.

2) A person that underneath who they might seem to be just wants to have sex with as many people as they can because that's who they are.
