"Ohto G" is a July 2025 slang term first used by the influencer under the name of Avatar_WarriorZeno. The video in which it was mentioned got around 50,000 likes, and is beginning to be used in the TikTok comment section. According to Avatar_WarriorZeno, Ohto G stands for "Orthodontist Goer", but it could also be used as a greeting.
