To mistakenly use a word that is a synonym, but has or could have a different definition to what you meant to say.

Instead of :

I knew you were crazy, but now I can clearly see your nuts.

You say:

I knew you were crazy, but now I can clearly see your balls.

Trafrofling Slip Balls for Nuts.
