a dank ass collection of bud nuggets also known as "queen elizabeth". doesnt smell as strong as most high quality weed so if you get pulled over youre all set. originated in nawf dallas, but distributed to other cities in the metroplex. also the high you get is diffent from other bud.
"lets get 'knighted'"
"i love it when the queen shows up"
"im all out of q.e. :"
"where is queen elizabeth?"
"whats my fucking last name?"
"lets get stupid"
"Q.E. (Queen Elizabeth)... enough said"

"Where's Elizabeth" is not a question per se, but rather it is an expression men use when surprised. "Where's Elizabeth" is generally said when a man sees a corpulent female and is amazed in some way; but it can also be used when a man sees anything mammoth which is out of the ordinary, such as a lake monster.
I was in the bar last night and in walked a 300-pound girl...and I couldn't help but cry, "Where's Elizabeth"!
