Someone, likely of the same sex as you, who is more than a best friend and more than a bestie. You have to commit to certain actions and emotions to be considered more than besties. This includes but not limited to sharing of embarrassing NSFW pictures, and a mutual feeling of love and a feeling for wanting to be together all the time for your bestie. The most likely reason for being more than besties but not entirely together is that your best friend is taken.
