Looking in the mirror atleast once and telling yourself that you can do this and you are beautiful or amazing whatever positive word you feel comfortable using untill the day you beileve it yourself. When we're negative towards oneself we're reflecting that negative energy onto those around us aswell as ourselfs untill it's a constant loop.
