The sexual attraction to any gender. So basically just another word for bisexual. Or it is its own word if you're crazy enough to believe in these 63 genders.

Possibly inspired by the idea of frustrated housewives asking their husbands to "take out the trash" who refuse to do so; as a Pansy male will not dump their controlling girlfriends.
