Usually referring to a person of the whitest of heritages, but can be of any heritage (especially if they have a colonialist mentality)

Most of the comments I’ve seen defending Trump on social media are written by Manila Folders that couldn’t compose a complete sentence to save their lives.

From the arabic word "مهجورة Mahjoura" (deserted or abandoned place).It's a coastal town in the game Dark Souls II which will serve as the world hub and homebase of the player. Though you may find some NPCs there, the town is a desolate place thus the name. Can also be used to refer to the song that plays while in Majula
