That bizarre long freak hair that grows in the same place, usually fair in colour. They can grow in all different places maybe one that keeps sprouting on your thigh, chin, shoulder you pull it out and they keep growing back.

Abnormal size of body parts that puts one in a place of almost being a freak, hence "Freak Teetering."
His left arm was much bigger than his right one, similar to Roger Federer...he is freak teetering and must love tennis.
