Slang conversational term. describing for a one upper. Used to describe a person's inflatable ego, which needs to constantly be refilled.

Ah jeez, there's that Dan from Tom and Don's Irregular Cell Phone Emporium, don't let him talk to you. He's got a real leaky ego and won't shut up.

That middle aged guy frothing milk has game ego bad because he's Commander III in The Ultimate Galaxy and that's why he's smiling and looking satisfied with himself, even tho he's making $10 an hour and his 18 year old boss just yelled at him.

Ego bailing

The art of being a pilchard and running away when you're team (in online games) is in a position of advantage against an opposing team and a member of you're team runs away putting you're team at a disadvantage and blames everyone else.
